GPSC Class 1 - 2 Preliminary and Main Exam Syllabus :


The Gujarat Public Service Commission has released the notification of the syllabus of Gujarat Civil Services Class 1-2 for the candidates of GPSC examination. In this notification, the complete syllabus of the Gujarat Civil Services Class 1-2 examination of GPSC has been given. Note - In this exam, your questions will be in both Gujarati and English languages. You can write the answer in either of the two languages. GPSC exam is the only such test in which you can write paper in any language in Gujarati and English.

There are two types of exams in Gujarat Civil Services Class 1-2. Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. And there is an interview after prelims and mains. There are two papers in the prelims exam which are 200–200 marks and in the mains exam there are six papers which are of 150–150 marks.

In this way, the total of two papers of prelims is 400 marks and six papers of mains is 900 marks. The total GPSC test is 1000 marks with 100 marks for interview.

The first two papers of Gujarat Civil Services are optional. There are four options in it and out of that you have to tick the correct answer. You have to write the six papers that are in the Mains exam. These six papers are descriptive type and in that you have to write the answer to the question in detail.
